Set-up note: install Judge.me or Loox and let it fill the score, the count, the bars and
the three cards with real reviews. Two rules: only mark a review "verified buyer" if it
links to a real order, and don't publish reviews describing the strap treating a condition
— a customer's claim becomes your claim once it's on your product page.

A strap you've never trained in tells you nothing. Wear it for a few weeks and see whether
you reach for it. If you don't, email us and we'll refund you.
30-day money back
From the day it lands. Email us and we'll refund without asking you to post a used strap back — nobody wants that.
Safety refunds, any time

Questions, answered straight.
Including the ones this category usually talks around.
Will this fix my knee pain?
We're not going to tell you it will. This is a compression support strap, not a treatment, and we make no claim that it heals or relieves any condition.
What it does is apply firm, targeted pressure just below the kneecap, in a position and at a tension you set. Plenty of people like how that feels during a run or a set of squats, and that's the honest reason to buy one.
If you have knee pain, please get it looked at. Pain lasting more than a couple of weeks, pain after an injury, or pain that is getting worse needs a doctor or physiotherapist — not a strap. A strap that makes something feel manageable is the wrong reason to put off an appointment.
Does it prevent injury?
No, and we won't claim it does. You'll see "anti-injury" on a lot of listings in this category. There's no good evidence that a strap prevents knee injuries, so we don't say it.
What actually reduces injury risk is boring: building load gradually, strength work, sleep, and not training through pain. A strap isn't a substitute for any of that.
Who shouldn't use it?
Talk to a doctor or physiotherapist first if you:
Have a diagnosed ligament or cartilage injury, or a knee that feels unstable
Have had knee surgery, or have hardware or a replacement joint
Have poor circulation or peripheral arterial disease
Have diabetes, particularly with numbness in the legs or feet
Have a blood clot or a history of one
Have broken skin, a rash or an infection on the leg
Have any loss of sensation in the leg
The sensation point matters most: compression relies on you feeling when it's too tight. If you can't, you won't notice over-tightening.
See someone urgently rather than strapping it if your knee gives way, locks or catches, if you can't put weight on it, if it swelled suddenly, or if it looks misshapen. Those need assessing, not supporting.
Where exactly does it go?
In the soft gap just below your kneecap, above the shin bone — not on the kneecap itself. Sit with your knee bent about 30 degrees, find the dip, put the pad there.
Then stand up and bend the knee a few times. If it slides down, tighten it. If your lower leg tingles, loosen it. Full walkthrough in the fit section.
How tight should it be?
You should be able to slide a finger under it easily. That's the test.
Signs it's too tight: tingling or numbness in the lower leg or foot, toes that feel cold or look pale, a throbbing sensation, or a deep mark still in the skin minutes after you take it off.
Over-tightening is the one real risk with an adjustable strap. It's easy to keep cinching it in search of more support, and all you get is restricted circulation. Snug is the whole target.
Can I wear it all day?
We'd rather you didn't. Put it on for the activity, take it off afterwards.
Long days standing are fine, but loosen it when you sit down for a stretch and take it off in the evening. And don't sleep in it — you can't check the fit while asleep.
Will it fit me?
One size, fully adjustable across [RANGE] cm measured around the leg just below the knee. Measure before ordering — the closure is forgiving but it isn't infinite.
If you're outside that range, email us first and we'll tell you straight.
Does it slip?
That's what the silicone backing is for, and it's the feature that decides whether a strap gets used or abandoned.
If it does slide, it's almost always one of three things: it's too loose, it's sitting on the kneecap instead of below it, or there's lotion or sweat on the skin. Dry skin, correct position, snug closure.
Is it one strap or a pair?
One strap, and it's symmetrical, so it fits either leg. If you want both sides, order two.
How do I wash it?
Hand wash cold with mild soap. Close the hook-and-loop first so it doesn't snag
Air dry. A tumble dryer kills the elastic and the silicone grip
No fabric softener — it coats the fibres and clogs the hook-and-loop
No bleach, no ironing
Rinse it after sweaty sessions. Salt is what degrades the grip strip over time.
What if it's not for me?
30 days from delivery, for any reason. Email us and we'll refund your card. Used is fine — we'd rather you trained in it.
We won't ask you to post a worn strap back
We cover return postage on faulty or incorrect items
Safety refunds have no time limit — if your skin reacts or a clinician tells you not to use compression, we refund whenever that happens
EU and UK customers also have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw and a 2-year legal guarantee, both of which sit alongside this.

Email before you buy — especially about fit. We'd rather answer one question now than process a refund in three weeks.
