By browsing trystrydestrap.com or placing an order you agree to these
terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. WHO WE ARE

This store is operated by ClickCraft Ventures, established in Verona,
Italy. "We", "us" and "our" mean ClickCraft Ventures. "You" means the
person browsing the site or placing an order.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where
you live, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that you are.

Do not fit a compression strap to a child without advice from a
healthcare professional. Growing knees are a different matter and not
something we can advise on.

3. WHAT THIS PRODUCT IS — AND IS NOT
─────────────────────────────────────────────
THIS SECTION IS IMPORTANT. Please read it before ordering.

The Stryde Precision Strap is a COMPRESSION SUPPORT GARMENT for sport
and everyday wear. It applies adjustable, targeted pressure below the
kneecap. It is sold for support and for how it feels during activity.

IT IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE. It is not intended to diagnose, treat,
cure, prevent or relieve any disease, injury or medical condition, and
we make no such claim anywhere on this site.

We do not claim, and have never claimed, that this product:
  • Treats or relieves patellar tendonitis, tendinopathy, runner's
    knee, jumper's knee, chondromalacia, Osgood-Schlatter,
    osteoarthritis, bursitis, a meniscus tear, a ligament injury or
    any other named condition
  • Treats, stabilises or aids recovery from any injury
  • Heals, repairs or regenerates tendon, cartilage, ligament or any
    other tissue
  • Reduces inflammation
  • Replaces physiotherapy, a prescribed brace, medication,
    injections or surgery
  • Produces results within any particular timeframe

AND SPECIFICALLY: WE DO NOT CLAIM THIS PRODUCT PREVENTS INJURY.

"Anti-injury" appears in some supplier descriptions of this type of
product. There is no good evidence that a strap prevents knee
injuries, so we do not say it and you should not rely on it. What
reduces injury risk is building load gradually, strength work, rest,
and not training through pain. This strap is not a substitute for any
of that, and wearing one is not a reason to train harder than you
otherwise would.

IF YOU HAVE KNEE PAIN, PLEASE SEE SOMEONE. Pain lasting more than a
couple of weeks, pain following an injury, or pain that is getting
worse should be assessed by a doctor or physiotherapist. Knee pain has
many causes and a strap does not tell you which one you have.

IF YOU HAVE BEEN PRESCRIBED A BRACE AFTER AN INJURY, THIS IS NOT A
SUBSTITUTE FOR IT. Use what your clinician gave you.

4. URGENT MEDICAL WARNING
─────────────────────────────────────────────
SEEK MEDICAL ASSESSMENT — DO NOT STRAP IT AND CARRY ON — if your knee:

  • Gives way, buckles or feels unstable
  • Locks, catches or will not straighten
  • Cannot take your weight
  • Swelled up suddenly, especially within hours of an injury
  • Looks misshapen or out of place
  • Is hot, red and painful, with or without a fever
  • Is accompanied by numbness or weakness in the leg

These can signal a ligament tear, cartilage damage, a fracture or an
infected joint. A support strap does not address any of them and may
let you keep loading a joint that should be resting.

5. CONTRAINDICATIONS — DO NOT USE IF
─────────────────────────────────────────────
This section is part of these terms. By buying from us you confirm you
have read it and that none of the following applies to you, or that
you have obtained medical advice.

DO NOT USE THIS STRAP, and speak to a doctor or physiotherapist first,
if you:
  • Have a diagnosed ligament or cartilage injury, or a knee that
    feels unstable
  • Have had knee surgery, or have hardware, a reconstruction or a
    replacement joint
  • Have poor circulation or peripheral arterial disease
  • Have diabetes, particularly with any reduced sensation in the
    legs or feet
  • Have a current blood clot, deep vein thrombosis, or a history of
    either
  • Have varicose veins of a degree your doctor has advised about
  • Have open wounds, broken skin, a rash, cellulitis or any
    infection on the leg
  • Have any loss of sensation in the leg
  • Have significant swelling related to a heart or kidney condition
  • Have a known allergy to any material listed on the product page

The sensation point is the most important. Compression relies on you
being able to feel when it is too tight. If you cannot, you will not
notice over-tightening.

6. SAFE USE
─────────────────────────────────────────────
POSITION
  • The pad sits in the soft gap just below the kneecap, above the
    shin bone — NOT on the kneecap itself
  • Fit it sitting down with the knee bent about 30 degrees

TENSION
  • SNUG, NOT TIGHT. You should be able to slide a finger under the
    strap easily
  • Over-tightening is the one real risk with an adjustable closure.
    More tension does not mean more support, it means restricted
    circulation
  • Adjust it during a session rather than cinching it at the start

WEAR TIME
  • Put it on for the activity, take it off afterwards
  • Loosen it when you sit down for a long period
  • DO NOT sleep in it — you cannot check the fit while asleep
  • Check your skin each time you take it off

TAKE IT OFF IMMEDIATELY AND CONTACT US IF YOU NOTICE:
  • Numbness, tingling or pins and needles in the lower leg or foot
  • Toes that feel cold, or look pale, blue or dusky
  • A throbbing sensation rather than a supported one
  • Increased pain during or after a session
  • Skin that stays indented or discoloured after removal
  • Any rash, itching or broken skin

We will refund you, inside or outside the 30 days.

You are responsible for deciding whether this product is suitable for
you and for using it safely. We supply a garment; we cannot assess
your knee or your circumstances.

7. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND ACCURACY

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Even so:

  • Photographs are illustrative. Colour can look different between
    screens
  • The adjustment range is approximate and depends on leg shape
  • Material composition is listed on the product page. If you have
    a textile or latex sensitivity, check it before ordering and
    email us if anything is unclear
  • Comparisons on our site are between this strap and general
    categories of support garment, not against any named brand
  • "Was" prices shown alongside a sale price are our own previous
    selling price for the same item

If a product arrives materially different from its description, tell
us and we will put it right under our Refund Policy and your statutory
rights.

8. SIZING
─────────────────────────────────────────────
One size, with an adjustable closure covering [RANGE] cm measured
around the leg just below the knee.

There is no second size, so if the range is wrong for you we refund
rather than exchange. Please measure before ordering — our fit guide

9. REVIEWS AND CUSTOMER CONTENT

Reviews shown on our site are submitted by real customers. We do not
write, buy, incentivise or edit reviews, and we do not delete a review
because it is critical. A review marked "verified buyer" is linked to
a confirmed order.

Reviews describe one person's experience of wearing the strap. They
are NOT medical claims, NOT claims by us, and NOT predictions of what
you will experience.

We may decline to publish, or may remove, a review that states or
implies the product treated a medical condition or prevented an
injury. Neither is something we can substantiate and neither is a
claim we make.

We do not publish practitioner or expert endorsements. Any endorsement
of that kind would require the expert to have genuinely evaluated the
product and to hold the qualifications claimed.

By submitting a review, photo or video you grant us a non-exclusive,
royalty-free licence to display it on our site, in our emails and in
our advertising. You keep ownership of it. We may remove content that
is unlawful, abusive, off-topic, or that encourages unsafe use.

10. PRICING AND PAYMENT

  • Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and
    exclude import duties and taxes charged by your own country
  • Prices can change without notice. The price in force when your
    order is confirmed is the price that applies
  • Payment is taken in full at checkout through Shopify Payments or
    the gateway you select. We never see or store your full card
    number
  • If a price is listed in obvious error we may cancel and refund
    rather than supply at that price

11. ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a
dispatch confirmation, not when you receive the order confirmation.

We may refuse or cancel an order where stock has run out, where a
price or description was wrong, where we cannot ship to the address,
where payment is declined or flagged, or where we reasonably suspect
fraud or resale in breach of these terms. We will always refund in
full.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All text, images, layout, code and design on trystrydestrap.com are
owned by or licensed to ClickCraft Ventures. You may not copy,
reproduce or republish them commercially without written permission.

Any third-party brand name appearing anywhere on this site is the
property of its owner. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or
authorised by any other brace, support or orthotics manufacturer, and
we are not affiliated with any medical or sporting body.

13. PROHIBITED USE

You may not use this site to break the law, to introduce malware, to
scrape or harvest data, to interfere with its operation, to resell our
products as your own brand without a written agreement, or to
impersonate us or another person.

YOU MAY NOT RESELL THIS PRODUCT WITH MEDICAL, THERAPEUTIC, TREATMENT
OR INJURY-PREVENTION CLAIMS ATTACHED. Doing so may make you the
manufacturer of a medical device under the law of your country, with
every obligation that follows — including, in the EU, conformity
assessment under Regulation (EU) 2017/745.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
─────────────────────────────────────────────
Nothing in this section limits our liability for death or personal
injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for defective products
under Directive 85/374/EEC as amended, or for anything else that
cannot be limited by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not
affected.

Subject to that, and to the maximum extent the law allows:

  • Our total liability for any claim connected with a product or
    order is limited to the amount you paid for that order
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including
    loss of earnings, missed competition or the cost of medical
    treatment
  • We are not liable for loss or injury resulting from use of the
    product contrary to sections 4 to 6, from use despite a
    contraindication listed in section 5, from over-tightening the
    strap, from training through pain, or from using it in place of
    medical assessment or prescribed treatment
  • We are not liable for any injury sustained during sport or
    exercise while wearing this product. It is a support garment and
    makes no claim to prevent injury
  • We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs
    authorities, weather or events outside our reasonable control

15. PRODUCT COMPLIANCE

This product is supplied as a textile compression support garment for
general consumer and sporting use, not as a medical device, and is
placed on the EU market in line with Regulation (EU) 2023/988 on
General Product Safety.

NOTE ON MEDICAL DEVICE STATUS. Because this product is sold without
medical claims, it is not a medical device under Regulation (EU)
2017/745. If any medical, therapeutic, treatment or injury-prevention
claim were added to its marketing, it would become a medical device
and could not lawfully be sold in the EU without CE marking, technical
documentation, an EU Declaration of Conformity, EUDAMED registration
and a Person Responsible for Regulatory Compliance.

These terms are governed by Italian law. Nothing here deprives you of
the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country of
