Track My Order!
Where's
your strap?
Paste the tracking number from your dispatch email. Live status, straight from the carrier.
Nothing showing yet?
Three reasons that cover almost every case.
Almost every "it didn't do anything" message turns out to be position, not the product. Read this before your first session.
- Sit down with your knee bent about 30 degrees. Fitting it with a straight leg puts the pad in the wrong place once you bend
- Find the soft gap just below your kneecap, above the shin bone. The pad goes there — not on the kneecap
- Close it snug, not tight. A finger should slide under easily
- Stand up and bend a few times. Slides down? Too loose. Lower leg tingling? Too tight
- Adjust mid-session whenever you want. That's the point of a strap

I never got a tracking number
Check your spam and promotions folders first, searching for Stryde or ClickCraft. That finds it most of the time.
Still nothing? Email support@clickcraftventures.net with the subject TRACKING #1234 and we'll resend it within one business day.
My number says "not found"
Two likely reasons:
- Too new — the carrier hasn't registered the first scan yet. Try again in a few hours
- A typo — paste it rather than typing. Watch for 0 versus O and 1 versus I
If it still fails 48 hours after your dispatch email, email us with the number and we'll check from our side.
It hasn't moved in over a week
Long gaps are normal in transit, particularly while a parcel waits in a customs queue. Up to 7 days without an update is common on international orders and almost never means the parcel is lost.
If nothing has changed for 10 business days, email us. We'll open a carrier investigation, which takes up to 10 further business days. If the parcel is confirmed lost we replace or refund — your choice.
It says delivered but I don't have it
Before emailing, check these — they account for most of it:
- Porch, side gate, letterbox, bin store or behind a planter
- With a neighbour, a concierge or a building office
- A card left for a local depot or parcel locker
Then contact us within 7 days. We'll request the carrier's proof of delivery and GPS data and help you pursue it.
It arrived — but it doesn't fit
Try the fit guide first. Most fit problems are position rather than size, and the fix takes a minute.
If your measurement genuinely falls outside the adjustment range, there's only one size, so we refund rather than exchange. Email FIT #1234 with your measurement and a photo and we'll sort it.
It arrived damaged
Photograph the packaging and the strap within 48 hours and email support@clickcraftventures.net with the subject DAMAGED #1234.
We replace at no cost to you. Don't throw the packaging away until we've confirmed — the carrier may need to see it.
Can I change my delivery address?
Only before dispatch, and we usually dispatch within 24 hours. Email us straight away with ADDRESS #1234 in the subject and we'll try.
Once a label is printed the address is fixed and the carrier can't redirect it. A parcel returned for a bad address is handled under our Refund Policy.
I'm being asked for customs duty
Parcels shipped outside the EU can attract import duty, VAT or a handling fee set by your own country. Where these apply they're payable to your customs authority or carrier, not to us, and we can't refund them.
We can't mark a parcel as a gift or understate its value — that's customs fraud. Note that an order abandoned at customs is not refundable, so please clear it if a notice arrives.
Before your first session — worth reading
Snug, never numb. A finger should slide under the strap easily. Over-tightening is the one way to make it genuinely unpleasant, and with an adjustable closure it's easy to do without noticing.
- On for the activity, off afterwards — not all day
- Loosen it when you sit down for a long stretch
- Never sleep in it — you can't check the fit while asleep
- Check your skin each time you take it off
Take it off straight away if you get numbness or tingling in the lower leg or foot, toes that feel cold or look pale, increased pain, or skin that stays marked after removal. Email us and we'll refund you, whatever the date.
Don't use compression at all without asking a doctor first if you have poor circulation, diabetes with numbness in the legs or feet, a blood clot or history of one, a diagnosed ligament or cartilage injury, knee surgery or hardware, or broken skin. Full detail in our Safe Use guide.
And get your knee assessed rather than strapped if it gives way, locks or won't straighten, can't take your weight, swelled up suddenly, looks misshapen, or is hot and red. A support strap doesn't address any of those, and it can let you keep loading a joint that should be resting.
One inbox, answered by a person who can actually sort it. Send your order number and we'll reply within 1–2 business days — sooner for anything marked SAFETY.
